Treatments

We offer complementary therapies here at Canolfan Seren, primarily for adults, but we can also offer therapies for children and babies too.

I am passionate in Reiki / intuitive healing and have seen the amazing positive difference that this treatment has had on both adults and children. These treatments are gentle and relaxing, they're something that I feel everyone could benefit from.

Please feel free to get in touch and discuss treatments, I'm happy to offer a treatment that suits you. If for any reason you are unable to make an appointment, I would really appreciate at least 24 hours notice to give enough time to make alternative arrangements.

Reiki / Intuitive Healing & Life Guidance

A healing / life coaching session can last from 60 min to 90min.

Preparation would already have been put in place prior to your arrival with the intention for the healing of the highest good for you.

On arrival we will begin with a consultation, discussing any concerns or requirements you may have. Following the consultation, if we feel the need, together we can put in place some coping strategies, I call these new tools for your tool box!

When we're ready to start the session, you may relax on the couch, fully clothed, shoes off (optional) and if you wish you can even choose to have a comfortable blanket over you. Once settled and relaxed you can talk through your healing or if you prefer a deeper relaxation you can close your eyes too.

Healing will support you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. People choose healing to help with things like trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, bullying, grief / loss, illness of any kind, support / blocks with conceiving, sleep and much more.

I have received so much positive feedback from clients following their sessions. they Clients often tell me that they feel a lot lighter than when they arrived. My objective and intention is that all my clients leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Should anybody not be able to see me in person, I am also able to offer distant healing and coaching sessions over the phone and online. Please contact me for more information on this.

Indian Head Massage

Massage is applied to the shoulders, upper back, neck, scalp and face (client remains fully clothed)

We offer a range of lovely gifts and vouchers which can be purchased for friends and family. All vouchers come wrapped in a custom made gift box with a personalised message. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any of the therapies we offer. Minimum value is £10.
